The Purpose of Establishment

Provided that education and basic services are not disrupted; To evaluate the idle capacity (human and physical) of the university and to bring the goods and services produced with the contribution of the faculty members to the market in order to provide social benefit. To assist the University to achieve its goals  with the proceeds obtained and to reduce its dependence on the private budget. 

In order to establish a working capital for a service;

1. There should be a surplus of capacity.

2. This additional production should not disrupt the main public service.

3. This surplus should be directed towards the production of goods or services with a market price.
